Cosmelan® is an intensive professional depigmentation program that fully removes spots to correct skin hyperpigmentation and prevent its reappearance for a long-lasting result. It is currently the only peel in the world that can deliver a quick and effective result for erasing pigmentation, melasma, sun and age spots and freckles significantly.
The full program would last 6 to 12 months containing in-clinic treatments and home care routines. During the first few months, you will need to come into the clinic and the rest of the journey (months 4 to 12) will continue at home. We will provide all the products you need to prep your skin and after-peel care at home.
1st Appointment
Consultation, if the treatment is right for you, you will take home the Mesoestetic® Home Care Prep Kit to prep your skin for at least two weeks.
2nd Appointment
In-clinic Prep Peel, this is done 2 days before the Cosmelan® peel procedure.
3rd Appointment
In-clinic Cosmelan® peel, this treatment must be done in the AM, and a Post-Procedure Homecare Kit will be given to continue the treatment at home.
4th Appointment
Your last in-clinic visit will be a follow-up appointment to check your skin after the peel.

Although the program could last up to 12 months, results can be seen in as little as two weeks but will continue to improve throughout the journey.
Initially, your skin will become red, dry and easily irritated. This is completely normal, the discomfort will go away and you will see your skin becoming brighter and the pigment clearing approximately 2 weeks after the treatment.
When you start the Cosmelan program, your skin will become sensitive. You should avoid products that are too stimulating for the skin throughout the treatment, such as products containing vitamin C, acids or retinol. We recommend only using products prescribed by us during your course of treatment.
Some in-between skin treatments may be beneficial to enhance your result, we will recommend suitable options during your consultation.
A 50% deposit is required if you decide to go ahead with the program after your consultation. The remaining balance will be cleared on your second appointment.

The clinic is outside the London Congestion Zone, with paid on-street parking available in the local area, free after 6 pm and on the weekends.
